The entire universe consists of six elements.
My body, which is made of six elements, is the body of the Dainichi Nyorai.

I am filled with whole, perfect, and unlimited life.

The five wisdoms are embodied in boundless, great compassion.

Nyorai's great compassion penetrates me.

I am included in Nyorai's great compassion.

I am blessed, I am blessed.

The patron saint of esoteric Buddhism in Japan is Dainichi Nyorai, and the most important and holiest writings are the

Dainichi-Kyo snf the Kongocho Gyo. Above you read Dainichi Nyorai's beautiful mantra.

In brief the three Pillars of Reiki are: Gassho, Reiji-Ho and Chiryo.

Chiryo (the treatment)

builds upon Reiji (devotion)

and Gassho (meditative posture/attitude).

Only when we can devote ourselves without

being prejudiced by our thoughts and feelings,

will we become an instrument for

THE UNIVERSAL LIFE ENERGY.

Understanding the Concept of Energy in Reiki Healing

Before we dive deeper into the world of ByoGen scanning, it is essential to understand the fundamental concept of energy in Reiki healing. Reiki practitioners believe that energy, also known as qi, ki or chi, flows through the body, nourishing and sustaining it. However, when this energy becomes stagnant or blocked, it can lead to physical, emotional, and mental ailments. ByoGen scanning aims to identify these areas of stagnation or blockages, allowing the practitioner to direct healing energy to those specific areas and restore balance; this also affects our Chakras.

In Reiki, energy is not limited to the physical body but extends beyond it. It encompasses the Aura, Chakras, and Meridians, which are vital components of the body’s energy system. ByoGen scanning helps the practitioner detect imbalances in these energy fields, providing valuable insights into the underlying causes of a person’s health issues. By gaining a deeper understanding of energy and its flow, Reiki practitioners can better facilitate the healing process and support their clients in achieving optimal well-being.

A Reiki Practitioner who has studied many varied Energy Healing modalities, will understand the Energy signatures of a healthy organ, a healthy body and so becomes more sensitive, more intuitive.

Let’s begin by teasing out a meaning of the words. ByoSen Reikan Ho, a Japanese Reiki practice taught in Okuden Reiki Level II, is a phrase composed of five kanji:

Byo = illness, sickness

 Gen = present, complete, uniform (there are other kanji for Sen, having meanings such as before, ahead, previous, future, precedence, gland)

Rei = sacred, spirit, soul

Kan = impression, feeling, sensation, emotion

Ho = method, rule, model, system

A literal translation of the kanji would be ‘illness present sacred impression method.’  Since that translation doesn’t easily glide over the tongue, a simpler and more user friendly translation of ByoGen Reikan Ho would be ‘method for sensing sacred impressions of an illness.’'
